ICP introduces the iRCT, Cycling, Refrigerated Air Dryer from 20 CFM to 500 CFM. All of the units are air cooled and provide maximized energy savings with unique cold trap design and high end controller.

All units have a max. inlet temperature of 160⁰F and max. ambient temperature of 120⁰F.

They come standard with an iMAT energy saving, zero loss condensate drain, unique vertical profile heat exchanger that allows for minimum pressure drop and self-cleans using gravitational force, and maximum dewpoint stability through the independent operation of the controller and the zero loss drain valve.

ICP has introduced QUADRA-COOLANT the NEXT Generation of Polyglycol Synthetic Air Compressor Lubricant.

Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) based fluid technology was introduced to the air compressor industry by leading compressor manufacturers in the 1980s. 30 years later, many advancements have been made.

PAGs blended with esters provide for high performance compressor coolants with extended life for discharge temperatures up to 110°C. PAGs are excellent lubricants because of their high viscosity index and affinity to metal surfaces and having outstanding cooling properties and hydrolytic stability. These coolants have very good oxidative stability, low volatility and a low tendency for varnish and deposit formation. Esters are added to improve wettability to metal. The ester also improves elastomer compatibility and additive solubility. PAGs are not compatible with mineral oil and PAO.
